Preparatory School 7′s Rugby

ST STITHIANS PREPARATORY SCHOOL 7′S RUGBY

With great anticipation and excitement, St Stithians Boys’ Preparatory
School embarked on an initiative to involve Prep rugby in the Main Easter
Festival. It was clear after the success of the “Blitsbokke” winning the
2009 7′s World Championship that the entry point for the Prep school would
be the fast paced, action packed 7′s version of rugby.

The main aim of the initiative is to develop the love of rugby through the
7′s game.

Approximately 60 St Stithians Preparatory School boys aged 11 – 13 will be
displaying their skill, pace and power on Baytop Field between 07:30 and
10:00 on Saturday 3 April 2010.

We are confident that the display will be well worth watching. It is our
hope that this Festival grows towards 2011, where we would like to challenge
other schools in developing a love for rugby and joining us at our Festival.
